We want you to be happy with PriceRadar. If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to first-time subscription purchases and to renewals if requested within 30 days of the renewal charge.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. You have two options:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email used at checkout.
• Email us at support@thepriceradar.com with your order ID (from your purchase receipt) and we will initiate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer it can take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing settings. After cancellation you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again.
