PriceRadar (the "Service") is operated by Thepriceradar.com ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you ("you", "user") agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

2. The Service

PriceRadar monitors publicly available product prices on third-party websites and notifies you when prices drop below thresholds you configure. We do not sell the products being tracked.

3. Eligibility & account

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
• infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of any party;
• send spam, malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service's security;
• resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

5. Intellectual property

All software, branding, documentation and content that make up the Service are owned by Thepriceradar.com or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan.

6. Payments, billing & taxes

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

7. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel at any time from your account. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.

8. Third-party sites

The Service interacts with third-party websites. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of those sites. Prices shown are best-effort and may differ from the actual price at checkout on the retailer's site.

9. Service level

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that price checks will succeed for every retailer. Use the Service at your own risk for purchase decisions.

10. Warranties & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profit, savings, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. Upon termination your right to use the Service ends. We may retain or delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Thepriceradar.com is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
